Oppenheimer Raises EEP Estimates

BERNARD COLSON, Oppenheimer & Co. (04/04/2011)
"We are raising estimates across the board for Enbridge Energy Partners and introducing 2011 quarterly and 2013 annual numbers because we previously overestimated the impact of competition to EEP's Lakehead system from TRP's Keystone pipeline, while also underestimating incremental cash flow from organic growth projects. Volumes continue to grow on the Lakehead system despite the start up of Keystone. . .and EEP's expansion projects aim to capitalize on increased volumes from the Bakken shale (in the liquids segment) and the Haynesville Shale and Granite Wash (in the natural gas segment)."
