RCK: Great Potential

CHRIS BERRY, House Mountain Partners LLC (03/30/2011)
"Though Rock Tech Lithium is the 'new kid on the block,' it has a historic resource that is moving to NI 43-101 standards that will continue to be updated and expanded at Georgia Lake. This project is currently being developed with production expected by Q314.

With a sizeable land package, historic resource that will conform to regulatory standards and a focused program it is executing at Georgia Lake, this 'new kid on the block' is well positioned to join the ranks of near-term producers over the coming years and has its sights set on this singular achievement. Our final point here is the most important regarding potential value creation in RCK—demand for lithium is expected to grow significantly based on its use for the electrification of the transportation sector, utility-grid stabilization and consumer electronic goods.

Rock Tech Lithium is focused on the right metal at the right time and should benefit accordingly. The potential boom in EV demand, favorable geopolitics, a potentially large hard-rock resource and the view that lithium is a strategic, or critical, metal favor RCK achieving its long-term goals and rewarding shareholders going forward.

Even with other projects ahead of it in the global pipeline of lithium production, worldwide demand is forecast to grow to such a degree that RCK's contribution can be consumed readily by those in the supply chain that require lithium products." View Full Report
