"During Q211, Palangana produced 21,000 lb. U3O8 at cash costs of $18/lb from Phase I (15 total wells). Phase II (60 total wells) has been completed and is expected to commence production at the beginning of Q211 and Phase III (80 total wells) is expected to commence at the end of Q311. Since production commenced, the Palangana project has accumulated 21,000 lb. U3O8 in inventory, including work in progress. . .We believe that Palangana will reach 340,000 lb. of production by the end of the next fiscal year (ending July), with additional production from Goliad." |
