BAN Could Stop Market Traffic

IAN PARKINSON, CIBC World Markets (12/15/2010)
"Bannerman announced on December 14 that it had finalized the previously announced share placement for $15M. Bannerman will issue 30 million shares at a price of $0.50 per share. . .With the proceeds, the company plans to advance engineering work on the Etango project and undertake further regional exploration in target areas adjacent to Etango. The company has been focused on Etango and has not fully explored its land package. Additional exploration results, resource growth and derisking through continued engineering efforts may go a long way to attracting partners. With the geologic inventory of uranium at Etango and exploration upside, we believe Etango may attract attention."
