"Energy XXI released an operations update for its Gulf of Mexico properties, which have not been affected by the current deepwater moratorium. With its pipeline interconnect project now completed in its Main Pass field, more than 2,000 boe/d in existing production has been brought back online. In addition, the company acquired additional properties in its Main Pass area, which added approximately 2.2 Mmboe of proved and probable reserves. We reiterate our Overweight rating." |
