Premium Exploration Inc.

Visit Company Website

Premium Exploration is focused on exploring its district-sized Idaho Gold Project along the Orogrande Shear Zone (OSZ), which hosts five zones of mineralization within 30 km. of a potentially mineralized structure and is similar to large gold belts like Nevada's Carlin Trend. Its strategy of drilling structures identified by geophysics and gold-in soil trends has led to three gold discoveries and significant resource development. PEM is well positioned to create shareholder value by exploring and developing this emerging gold district.

Expert Analysis

Jay Taylor, Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks (12/31/11) "Premium Exploration Inc. has been a favorite, and it continues to be a favorite. . .the company has such enormous exploration potential and has continually produced stellar exploration results. I'm not giving up on this one. . .because of its potential to outline many million ounces gold in Idaho."

Bob Moriarty, 321gold (12/5/11) "I think that once the tax-loss season selling is complete, Premium Exploration Inc. will be among the leaders going higher. With 1.2 Moz out and a $24M market cap, investors are buying highly mineable gold for $20/oz. That's nuts."

Jay Taylor, Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks (11/18/11) "I recently met with the management of Premium Exploration Inc. in New York and once again was struck by the amazing exploration potential this company has on its Idaho property. The company just announced some very positive drill results that expand the gold mineralization on the Friday zone. . .the potential here would seem to be for the company to develop a gold resource in the 2.5 –3 Moz range in this minor portion of the overall claim area. Also, based on most recent work carried out by Premium, it seems very possible, if not likely, that mineralization could extend to the south of that 5,000m strike length. . . there is little doubt in my mind that investors who buy at current levels should do exceptionally well."

Damien Lynch, Midnight Trader (10/13/11) "Premium Exploration Inc. announced a drill program update and surface-grab sample results from the recently acquired patented claims within the Deadwood Zone at the Idaho Gold Project; surface-grab samples returned encouraging grades from two different mineralized systems. The company's primary focus is a lower-grade, bulk-tonnage target; however a higher-grade cross-cutting quartz vein system has been recognized, which represents an attractive secondary target."

Resource Investing News (8/2/11) "At its wholly-owned Idaho Gold Project, Premium Exploration Inc. has two drill rigs testing its Deadwood zone exploration target and one drill is working on the Friday zone, conducting step-out drilling along strike to the south of the Friday-Petsite resource. Positive assay results from step-out drilling could potentially increase the current resource (343 Koz. Indicated at 0.9 g/t gold; 779 Koz. Inferred at 1.04 g/t gold). Since the start of the Phase-Four drill program, the company has extended the strike length of the Friday mineralization by 45%. Exploration drilling along the balance of the 172km property is designed to make new discoveries as the company's goal is to demonstrate a gold camp with the potential for many deposits."
