It is producing about 175,000 ounces of gold today, and its goal is to become a million-ounce producer after 2010. Plans call for about 450,000 ounces in production by the end of next year and 600,000 ounces by 2010. To reach the million-ounce goal, the company plans further exploration activities on its own assets and is researching potential acquisition opportunities."
