Expert Analysis

Siddarth Rajeev, Fundamental Research Corp. (11/22/11) "The first NI 43-101 resource estimate published for Rock Teck Lithium Inc.'s Georgia Lake property gave an Indicated resource of 2.36 Mmt grading 1.17% lithium oxide and an Inferred resource of 4.36 Mmt at 1.01% lithium oxide. .we believe establishing a good lithium carbonate grade is a positive step and will assist the company in establishing future off-take agreements, which is very critical for lithium companies in the exploration and development stage."

Joyanta Acharjee, Proactive Investors (10/26/11) "Rock Tech Lithium Inc. announced an NI-43-101-compliant total Indicated and Inferred mineral resource estimate of 6.72 Mmt grading 1.11% lithium oxide for its 100%-owned Georgia Lake project in Ontario. . .the resource report resulted in increases in both the tonnage and grade over historic estimates by 21% and 8%, respectively. . .the company has already reported very high purity levels from the property. . .in late September, it achieved a purity level of 99.988% lithium carbonate from a bulk sample."

The Energy Report Interview with Chris Berry (9/1/11) "Rock Tech Lithium Inc. is a very early-stage play. [It's] a hard rock explorer and it has several assets in Ontario and Quebec. The primary property is the Georgia Lake lithium deposit about 200 km. north of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It has a historic resource, and it will be updating and releasing information on that before the end of the year. So we will get an idea of the tonnage and grade of its Georgia Lake asset. It also has an asset in Quebec that borders Lithium One's hard rock deposit. You can take a look at the tonnage and grade specifics for Lithium One at James Bay and infer what Rock Tech might have if the geology underlying the deposits is consistent and continuous. . .The historic estimate at its Georgia Lake prospect is 9.8 Mt. of lithium oxide at a grade of 1.18%. Rock Tech is conducting bulk sampling, and has produced very high-quality lithium carbonate from one of the bulk samples. So the metallurgy there is very close to being understood, and that is a huge key with a lot of these lithium plays. . .I think Rock Tech's NI 43-101 will be significant."

Dave Brown, Resource Investing News (7/13/11) "In December of 2010, the Global X Lithium ETF (NYSE:LIT) added a minor position in Rock Tech Lithium Inc.; RCK is a Canadian-based resource company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing high-quality lithium and rare metals properties into sustainable and economic mines. The company has an exclusive interest in lithium properties in the Kapiwak Pegmatite Region in the James Bay area of NW Quebec and the Georgia Lake area of the Thunder Bay Mining District of NW Ontario."

Brad Lemaire, Proactive Investors (7/6/11) "Rock Tech Lithium reported that it has closed the second tranche of its private placement financing, raising nearly $1M—the lithium explorer sold 2.19M flow-through units at $.30 each, and 1.2M non flow-through units at $.25 each, for total proceeds of $958,327. Proceeds from the offering will be used for the second phase exploration program at Georgia Lake in Ontario and for conducting geophysical work and surface exploration at the company's two lithium projects in Quebec."
