  Crosshair Exploration & Mining

TICKER:  CXX:TSX.V, CXZ:AMEX, CXX:TSX
DESCRIPTION:  Crosshair is a leading junior exploration company focused on exploring and developing uranium in the Central Mineral Belt (CMB) of Labrador. Over 60,000m has been drilled to date. An intensive 8,000 m drill program is planned for the remainder of 2008, which will be directed at expanding known mineralization along the C Zone - Armstrong Corridor. Crosshair is also demonstrating the multi-deposit potential of the project by successfully developing and drilling several new uranium targets on the 720 square kilometre project. Crosshair also continues to advance its gold and Volcanic Hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) projects in Newfoundland, which are slated for a dividend spin-out to shareholders. Crosshair has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Universal Uranium Ltd. (Universal) under which Crosshair will acquire all of Universal’s interest in its project in the CMB. This agreement is expected to close by July 31, 2008. As exploration advances within the Crosshair project, along with various other exploration plays in the area, the CMB is fast emerging as the next big uranium district in Canada.

The information below is based on the most recent information we have received from analysts and the companies participating in The Energy Report. We encourage you to visit the company's web site for updates.
The Uranium Report "Increased awareness of the dangers and effects of global warming and climate change has led decision makers, media and the public to realize that the use of fossil fuels must be reduced and replaced by low- emission sources of energy, such as nuclear power, the only readily available large-scale alternative to fossil fuels for production of continuous, reliable supply of electricity." The Uranium Report "Crosshair recently announced their summer drill program on their Central Mineral Belt (CMB) Uranium Property in Central Labrador and are continuing to move towards spinning out their gold/volcanic hosted massive sulphide (VHMS) properties and acquiring additional ground in the CMB. An 8,000-meter drill program has been planned for this summer and is expected to begin within the next 4 to 5 weeks.

The crews are currently in Labrador conducting ground work to better define some of the new targets that will be drilled. The drill program, which will use 2 to 3 drills, is designed to not only test new targets in the northern and underexplored southern portions of the Property, but also to expand mineralization along the C Zone – Armstrong Corridor. The southern portion hosts the most intense uranium anomalies on the Property and they are hopeful it will host some significant uranium mineralization. An updated NI 43-101, which is expected to upgrade portions of the resource from the inferred to indicated category and as well as add pounds, will likely be released near the end of July.

I’ve spoken to management and it appears they are on track to acquire Universal Uranium’s 60% interest in more than 4,000 claims in the CMB. Management also informed me that they are moving ahead with the spin-out of their gold/VHMS properties into the new company, Gemini Metals Corp. Crosshair’s AGM has been scheduled for September 15 and will likely provide an opportunity for the spin-out to be presented to shareholders, who will receive shares in the new company should the spin-out be approved.

I know I sound like a broken record, but the fundamentals of the uranium market remain the same. Demand continues to outpace supply and is expected to do so for the foreseeable future. Crosshair is well positioned to take advantage of what I’m hopeful can be a return to the uranium market by speculators." (7/9/08)

The Uranium Report "Crosshair Exploration has had a busy and productive month. They continue to stake their
claim as being one of the major players in the Central Mineral Belt.

1) They are set to acquire more than 4000 additional claims in the Central Mineral Belt (CMB) including a NI 43-101 resource from Universal Uranium Ltd.

2) They have announced the spin-out of their gold/volcanic hosted massive sulphide (VHMS) properties into a new company: Gemini Metals Corp. 3) They have appointed a new director with extensive experience and success in government and aboriginal relations in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Crosshair has signed an agreement with Universal Uranium Ltd., which will allow them to acquire Universal’s 60% interest in their joint venture property with Silver Spruce Resources. If the deal goes ahead as planned, Crosshair will more than double their land holdings to approximately 1740 square kilometres!" (6/11/08) Read Entire Article Here.

The Uranium Report "Performance of the HJEI during May was mixed with gains in the second and third weeks failing to materialize in any upward momentum by month end. During the period, 18 of the exploration stage companies reported gains, led off were Crosshair Exploration & Mining..." (6/3/08)
    -CHRIS THOMPSON,   HAYWOOD SECURITIES

The Uranium Report "Crosshair recently released outstanding results from the first stage of this year's drilling at the Central Mineral Belt uranium property. The company plans to expand the C Zone, other known deposits, and drill-test new targets with a $C6 million plus exploration program...Only the best are likely to thrive and survive in this market, Crosshair being one of them. It's a favorite of mine and even more so with the latest eye-popping results, making Crosshair a buy at this level." (5/08)
