Canaccord Genuity's Morning Coffee (02/12/2010)
"Western Lithium received the Plan of Operation Permit for its Kings Valley Lithium Project in Nevada, allowing it to undertake exploration drilling and trenching to further delineate resources, test for suitable mining methods and obtain bulk samples for use in pilot plant studies. Exploration work is expected to take approximately eight weeks, with results coming later in 2010. A pre-feasibility study is also expected later this year, following on the exploration results and the recently filed Scoping Study, dated January 12, 2010.

Western Lithium is developing the Kings Valley, Nevada lithium deposit into. The company highlights that it is positioning itself as a major U.S.-based supplier to support the rising global demand for lithium carbonate that is expected from the increased use of mobile electronics and hybrid/electric vehicles."
