WLC: Growth on Demand

Junior Mining Weekly (11/03/2009)
"Kings Valley project, located in Nevada, U.S., is one of the largest undeveloped lithium projects globally. It is located in a safe jurisdiction, benefits from excellent infrastructure and is scalable to meet demand. Total historical resource of 11.0 million tons LCE.

Recent NI 43-101 compliant resource for Stage 1 of 776,000 tons LCE at 0.25% Li cut-off grade. Stage 1 preliminary economic study (PEA) expected in the next few weeks. Currently looking at 25,000 t/a LCE. Mining costs should be very low due to shallow nature of deposit. Studying roasting technology for processing.

Management believes that the lithium market will grow rapidly enough to accommodate new production."
